All the packaging at our firm is done with neutral material provided by us or with branded material provided by the customer. We can process any type of cheese into pieces of 60 g (≈ 2 oz) and above. Portions can be made in uniform or variable weights. For Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, Grana Padano PDO and other hard cheeses, we can do a smooth or "rocky" cut.
