Our experience and knowledge of cheese means we can handle analysis, checks and selection of produce on behalf of our customers.
At our site all the handling and storage areas for the product, in both unprocessed form and packaged, have fridges and air-conditioning systems under constant monitoring, to maintain the desired humidity and temperature for each cheese.
