We are a leading cheese packaging business, cutting and packaging all sorts of hard and semi-hard cheeses (including 14 PDO and organic varieties). Our qualified staff carry out medical safety procedures and monitoring of the produce destined for packaging, our operations and equipment, as well as environmental assessments, to ensure that all our work conforms to pre-set standards and customers' demands, while guaranteeing the utmost flexibility in times and quantities and absolute privacy for our customers.
At the time, this new business was a real gamble. It relied on then-new packaging technologies using thermo-formed and heat-shrunk plastic, which have been updated and renovated over the years. Since the beginning we have worked with various companies that complement our work: small artisan producers, cheese-makers of all sizes, leaders in the cheese business, big distributors and multinationals.
Over the years our firm has grown and added more and more voluntary certifications for quality and medical safety, like BRC, IFS, SMETA and BIO for organic cheese packaging. We place great importance on training our workers in every operation, in order to strengthen the culture of quality at our firm, improve our management and quality systems, ensure all procedures and management are traceable, and offer a service that results in a high-quality, highly safe product. All our operations are assessed and managed by monitoring products and processes, as part of a traceability and tracking system.
